ARK Construction Co. Inc. is the Hamptons premier builder and general contractor. We bring over 30 years of expert skills, experience and commitment you won’t find anywhere else. ARK was built upon a family tradition of fine building, craftsmanship and service. We build homes that harmonize with the natural beauty of the property and offer a unique combination of superior design, quality materials and unsurpassed customer service. Our collaborative approach, coupled with our superior workmanship and attention to detail has allowed us to build a business based on the referrals of satisfied customers and local real estate professionals.

ARK Construction’s experienced craftsmen use the finest quality materials to create custom pieces for your home in our in-house fabrication shop. Greening Practices. As a general contractor, builder of single-family houses and nonresidential construction in East Hampton, Long Island, NY, ARK has adopted green practices to protect our local environment. Our green building practices can help reduce energy consumption, water use and the trash that goes into landfills. We select materials that last longer and have a small footprint. We design homes taking advantage of the natural environment. They include but are not limited to, swimming pool maintenance, set up and take-out of outdoor and pool furniture, water and heat turn-on and off, interior and exterior cleaning, off-season maintenance, snow removal, excavation work, and emergency services.
